I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful boutique hotel! The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the main street yet still quiet enough for a relaxing retreat. The room was stunning, complete with a private terrace and plunge pool. The breakfast was truly delightful, featuring a wide array of options. One minor downside was the public staircase near our room, which limited our privacy a bit. Overall, it was an amazing experience solidifying this hotel as a hidden gem!

The lovely property is located in a picturesque neighborhood, making it incredibly easy to explore everything Franschhoek has to offer on foot. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. However, while the hotel exuded charm, those needing to avoid stairs may want to be aware of that when booking. My stay at Chapter House was quite pleasant overall, located in a charming village with scenic surroundings and just a stone's throw from the main attractions. The rooms offered space and comfort, allowing for a relaxing getaway. However, I did encounter some hiccups regarding my booking process and found certain amenities lacking. The dining experience was fantastic, but it could use a bit more variety. Despite a few drawbacks, the experience left a positive impression and I would consider returning.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel, which is absolutely beautiful and situated just a short stroll from the lively Main Street. The room was stunning with a private plunge pool that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering both a buffet and fresh dishes. Unfortunately, I felt that customer service could be improved, as some essential information wasn't shared upon arrival. Overall, I'd return without hesitation, although there's room for enhancement in communication.
